IMS is one of the first companies of production and sale of  electro-mechanical components for electrical household  appliances, to have obtained UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 Certification for the quality of services offered to the clients.

As all technological and modern companies, IMS has improved and increased its Quality System services and management. To reach this important aim, all IMS staff is involved in a continuous and structured process of development concerning the Quality System in order to guarantee particularly customers satisfaction and needs.

In 2003 the company has obtained the Certificate of Conformity with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 adapting the system to the new international standards. According to this aim, IMS has established an efficient structure, able to assure an high quality standard.
